In order to support and encourage the development of the Indonesian economy, Bank BRI held an Indonesia Mall Platform Socialization Event which is a form of cooperation between Bank BRI and e-commerce and aims to help BRI-assisted MSMEs to go online considering the limited use of e-commerce by MSME players in Indonesia. This socialization is also a place for MSME players to join the Indonesia Mall Platform and develop their business online. The Indonesia Mall program was created by BRI as an incubation for MSMEs that have achievements and innovations and as a concrete action in increasing the level of Indonesian MSMEs. BRI calls it “UMKM Naik Kelas”. MSME players who are members of the Indonesia Mall Platform will receive support in the form of sales network facilities, credit, training, and legal services assistance to improve the quality of MSMEs. As BRI’s exclusive partner, Kontrak Hukum also helps educate and provide legal services for MSME players related to their business. A lot of assistance can be received by MSME players such as consultation on legal issues related to the business field and the management of very important licenses. Considering that business licenses are now a mandatory requirement for offline and online entrepreneurs, this legal service assistance is very important for MSME players in improving their businesses so that they can compete with domestic and global markets.
