- KTP/Passport of the business actor
- NPWP of the business actor
- Business Domicile Certificate (SKDU)
- Micro, Small, and Medium Business License (IUMK)

- Afterward, the AHU system will automatically display the data consisting of:
- Name of PT Individual
- Business Type

- Basic data of business entity establishment

- Purpose and objective data

- Line of business

- Type of business activity, select Main or Supporting or Administrative Branch Office or Supporting UMKU or One Production Line

- Understand and check self-declarations such as HSE Self-Declaration, Willingness to Meet Business Standards (Medium High risk)/Willingness to Meet Permit Requirements (High risk), SPPL, and others.
