- Limited Liability Company (PT)
- Business entities established by foundations
- Business entities that are non-profit and established by legal entities in accordance with statutory provisions
Paying Attention to Bimbel Infrastructure Standards
In general, the standard infrastructure for tutoring includes:
- List and photos of all types of facilities in all rooms
- List and photos of all types of learning equipment
- List and photos of all types of teaching materials
- Proof of building ownership status
- List of all types of institutional infrastructure
- Evidence of electrical infrastructure

- NPWP of the business entity

Tutoring License Processing
Once all the requirements have been met, you can apply for an LKP license from the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) in the area where the bimbel is located. When applying for a license, it usually takes about 30 working days to complete data verification and answers to the application.
