Since its launch in 2019, OSS or the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing System has made significant changes to the business license process in Indonesia. In OSS, the business licensing process including IUMK and NIB is carried out online and applies to both individual companies, business entities, and legal entities. For individual companies, usually the filling process in OSS has fewer stages compared to companies in the form of entities such as CV or companies in the form of legal entities such as PT.
