Please note that OSS has been integrated with several other Ministry systems, such as DG AHU (Ministry of Law and Human Rights) and KSWP (DG Tax). To expedite the registration process, make sure:

  • Description of the purpose and objectives in the company’s articles of association in accordance with the 2020 Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification or KBLI 2020.
  • The place of business has a Location Permit, Aquatic Location Permit, Environmental Permit and IMB
  • The tax report of the owner or person in charge of the company is in order
  • Business activities that are carried out have no impact on the environment or if included in business activities that have an impact on the environment, must have an environmental impact analysis.

Izin usaha mikro kecil atau sering disingkat dengan IUMK adalah surat legalitas yang diberikan kepada pelaku usaha dalam bentuk izin usaha mikro dan kecil. IUMK ini terdiri dari naskah satu lembar dan memberikan payung hukum.

Berdasarkan UU No. 20 Tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah, kriteria usaha mikro dan kecil dibagi berdasarkan jumlah kekayaan dan omzetnya.

  • Untuk usaha mikro, jumlah kekayaan paling banyak Rp50 juta dan omzet tahunan paling banyak Rp300 juta.

Tidak semua badan usaha wajib memiliki NPWP Badan. Berdasarkan informasi dari Kementerian Keuangan, ada beberapa persyaratan NPWP Badan Usaha yang sesuai perundang-undangan bidang perpajakan, seperti:

  • Wajib Pajak Badan yang memiliki kewajiban perpajakan sebagai pembayar, pemotong dan/atau pemungut pajak sesuai ketentuan, termasuk bentuk usaha tetap dan kontraktor dan/atau operator di bidang usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi.
  • Wajib Pajak Badan yang hanya memiliki kewajiban perpajakan sebagai pemotong dan/atau pemungut pajak sesuai peraturan, termasuk bentuk kerjasama operasi (Joint Operation).

Ketika Anda ingin mendaftarkan NPWP Badan, maka Anda harus memahami terlebih dulu jenis-jenis NPWP Badan. Di mana, NPWP Badan Usaha dibagi 3 (tiga) kategori perusahaan, yaitu badan usaha berorientasi laba, badan usaha yang tidak berorientasi laba, dan badan usaha operasi kerja sama. Di mana, ketiga kategori perusahaan ini memiliki persyaratan berbeda ketika ingin mendapatkan NPWP Badan Usaha atau Perusahaan:

1. Badan Usaha Berorientasi Laba (Profit-Oriented)
Wajib Pajak Badan termasuk bentuk usaha tetap dan kontraktor atau operator di bidang usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi yang berorientasi pada laba (profit), syarat pendaftaran NPWP adalah:

  • Fotokopi akta atau dokumen pendirian dan perubahan usaha bagi Wajib Pajak badan dalam negeri, atau surat keterangan penunjukan dari kantor pusat untuk bentuk usaha tetap.
  • Fotokopi Kartu NPWP salah satu pengurus. Jika penanggung jawab Badan Usaha adalah WNA atau Warga Negara Asing, maka harus mempersiapkan fotokopi paspor dan surat keterangan tempat tinggal dari Pejabat Pemerintah Daerah (minimal Lurah atau Kepala Desa).
  • Fotokopi dokumen izin usaha dan/atau kegiatan yang diterbitkan instansi yang berwenang atau surat keterangan tempat kegiatan usaha dari Pejabat Pemerintah Daerah minimal Lurah atau Kepala Desa atau bukti pembayaran listrik.

2. Badan Usaha Tidak Berorientasi Laba (Non profit Oriented)
Untuk Wajib Pajak Badan yang tidak berorientasi laba seperti yayasan, institut, atau perusahaan asosiasi, dokumen yang disyaratkan hanya berupa fotokopi KTP salah seorang pengurus badan dan surat keterangan domisili dari pengurus RT/RW.

3. Badan Usaha Operasi Kerjasama (Joint Operation)
Untuk Wajib Pajak badan berbentuk operasi kerjasama (Joint Operation), dokumen yang disyaratkan adalah:

  • Fotokopi Perjanjian Kerjasama/Akta Pendirian sebagai bentuk kerjasama.
  • Fotokopi NPWP masing-masing anggota bentuk operasi kerjasama yang diwajibkan memiliki NPWP.
  • Fotokopi Kartu NPWP Pribadi salah seorang pengurus perusahaan anggota bentuk operasi kerjasama. Sedangkan jika penanggung jawabnya adalah WNA, maka dibutuhkan fotokopi paspor dan surat keterangan tempat tinggal dari Pejabat Pemerintah Daerah.
  • Fotokopi dokumen izin usaha dan/atau kegiatan yang diterbitkan instansi berwenang atau surat keterangan tempat kegiatan usaha dari Pejabat Daerah.

Taxable Entrepreneurs or PKP are individual or corporate taxpayers who deliver Taxable Goods (BKP) and/or Taxable Services (JKP) in accordance with Law Number 42 Year 2009.

Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) are entrepreneurs who carry out activities of delivering goods and services. In this case, the goods and services in question are Taxable Goods (BKP) and Taxable Services (JKP). These goods and services fall into the class of taxable items, in accordance with the regulations of the VAT Law. A businessman can be declared as a PKP when he has a gross income or turnover for a year that has reached IDR 4.8 billion.
