Scope of Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Legal Contract, Service Users, Service Providers and any parties affiliated and cooperating with Legal Contract.
Safeguarding Personal Information
Contract Law has a commitment to always secure the information and personal data of Service Users and Service Providers obtained or collected through website media, email, online applications or other forms of media. Contract Law will not sell or rent your information to anyone, but Contract Law may use, process, transfer or disclose your or its customers’ personal information to third parties or affiliates as stated in this privacy policy.
Each party that has an affiliate relationship and/or cooperates with Contract Law must understand and know that any process of using, processing, transferring or disclosing customer personal information or other personal information for any reason is not permitted to be carried out. Unless it has expressly obtained the consent of the customer or the owner of the personal data or Legal Contract or where required by applicable laws and regulations. Any party affiliated and/or cooperating with the Legal Contract that has obtained approval to use or manage customers’ personal information or other personal information must also maintain its confidentiality and use the personal information as needed. Failure to implement this provision may result in the imposition of sanctions in accordance with the provisions contained in the cooperation agreement, applicable laws and regulations.
Obtaining and Collecting Your Personal Information
Contract Law may obtain and collect your sensitive personal information when you submit such information through websites, emails, online applications or other forms of media. Such personal data may include but is not limited to information such as: your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, and identity number (KTP/passport) as well as data about your business. Legal Contracts may also store information from your computer or electronic device such as ip address, hardware and software information or other forms of information. You need to understand, if you submit personal information related to third parties to the website, email, online application or other media belonging to the Legal Contract, it means that you have represented the Legal Contract in obtaining the consent of the information owner to provide the information to the Legal Contract in accordance with their respective purposes. The purposes of collecting your personal information may include but are not limited to the following:
- To process registrations, orders for services, payments, and to communicate with you;
- Identify, investigate and remove potential prohibited or illegal activities, including fraud;
- Statistical and research purposes;
- Communicate with website users, both Service Users and Service Providers through websites, email or other online applications belonging to the Legal Contract; and
- Fulfill the need for mandatory disclosure of data as required by law, applicable regulations and/or the needs of Legal Contracting authorities including to affiliates or other financial institution partners.
Use, Management, Transfer and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
By submitting your personal information to Legal Contract, you have agreed and authorized Legal Contract to be able to use, manage, transfer or disclose your personal information to fulfill your needs and/or Legal Contract as stated in the “Acquisition and Collection of Your Personal Information” section to one of the following parties (whether located in or outside the country), including but not limited to:
- Every company is associated with a Legal Contract.
- Any intermediary who has a cooperation agreement with the Legal Contract.
- Any associations related to the Contract Law field of business.
- Any other service provider that provides related services.
- Any agent, affiliate or third party service provider that provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment or other services to Legal Contract in connection with Legal Contract’s operations.
- Any relevant authorized agency.
- Any person or business entity or Authorized Government Agency to which Legal Contract is obliged to disclose such personal information in order to fulfill the requirements of applicable laws and/or regulations related to Legal Contract or its affiliates or business partners.
Other Important Information
You have the right to make changes, updates, additions or corrections to your personal information. In addition, you can also obtain access to your personal information through the media provided by Contract Law.
You have the right to not agree or withdraw consent to the use, management, transfer and disclosure of your personal information by Contract Law to the extent that it is appropriate and/or not restricted by applicable laws and regulations. But keep in mind that by withdrawing consent regarding your personal information, Legal Contract may not be able to contact you and/or provide the services you need.
